the Treasury be and he is hereby directed to
issue his warrant on the Treasurer of the State
for the sum of three thousand dollars (or as

much thereof as may be necessary) in favor
of the Treasurer of the Maryland State Agri-
cultural and Mechanical Association, for the
purpose set forth in the preamble; provided,
that in case of dissolution of the association
the State shall be preferred to the amount of
this appropriation.

CHAPTER 129.

AN ACT supplementary to an act passed by
the General Assembly at the session of eigh-
teen hundred and eighty-four, chapter fifty-
six, entitled "An act to incorporate the Isle
of Wight Inlet and Oyster Planting Com-
pany of Worcester county," as amended at
the same session, chapter three hundred
and fifty-five, authorizing a change in the
location of said Inlet, and an extension of
the time for the completion of the same, as
well as the franchise granted to the said
corporation.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the Isle of Wight
Inlet and Oyster Planting Company of Wor-
cester county shall be and are hereby empow-
ered to construct the inlet or canal as provided

fifty-six, and as amended by chapter three
hundred and fifty-five, session of the General
Assembly eighteen hundred and eighty-four,
either north or south of Ocean city, Worcester
county, and not less than two miles distant
therefrom.

can or shall be shown to the satisfaction of
