along the said dividing line to a private road
on Lurman's land; thence westerly along the
north side of said last-mentioned priv.ate road
to Bloomsburg lane; thence southerly along
the east side of Bloomsburg lane to the Rolling
road; thence westerly along the south side of
the Rolling road to the south side of the
Frederick turnpike; thence westerly along the
south side of the said Frederick turnpike to a
point opposite the west side of the Rolling
road; thence northerly crossing the said turn-
pike and along the west side of the Rolling
road to the south side of the old Frederick
road; thence easterly along the south side of
the old Frederick road to the east side of In-
gleside avenue; thence southerly along the
east side of Ingleeide avenue to the north side
of Edmondson avenue; thence easterly along
the north side of Edmondson avenue to the
east side of Nunnery lane; thence southerly
on the east side of Nunnery lane to the place
of beginning.
