road; thence northerly crossing the said turn-
pike and along the west side of the Rolling
road to the south side of the old Frederick
road; thence easterly along the south side of
the old Frederick road to the east side of In-
gleside avenue; thence southerly along the
east side of Ingleeide avenue to the north side
of Edmondson avenue; thence easterly along
the north side of Edmondson avenue to the
east side of Nunnery lane; thence southerly
on the east side of Nunnery lane to the place
of beginning.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That ninety days
after the adoption of this charter, and the
