right to amend, alter or repeal this act at

SEC. 9. And be it further enacted, That the
corporate existence of this company shall con-
tinue for the term of ninety years.

SEC. 10. And be it further enacted, That this
act shall take effect from the date of its pas-
sage.

CHAPTER 109.
AN ACT to incorporate the town of Catons-
ville, in Baltimore county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
|
|
|
|
sembly of Maryland, That the inhabitants of
Catonsville, in Baltimore county, as a body
corporate, by the name of "The Commissioners
of Catonsville," and by that name sue and be
sued, and may have and use a common seal
and have perpetual succession.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the corporate
and taxable limits of said town shall be de-
fined as follows: Beginning for the same on
the north side of the Frederick turnpike at
the point where it meets the east side of Nun-
nery lane, and running thence southerly by a
straight line crossing the said turnpike to the
south side thereof; thence westerly along the
south side of the said Frederick turnpike to
