SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That to obtain said
bounty or bounties it shall be necessary for
the person killing any large hen hawk or
large privateer hawk or large hen or horn owl,
which are destructive to poultry, or any crow,
to produce the head or heads of the same be-
fore some Justice of the Peace for Worcester

and Wicomico counties, and at the same time
make oath that the said hawk or hawks, owl
or owls, crow or crows, were killed within the
limits of Worcester and Wicomico counties
within six days after said hawk, owl or crow
shall have been killed, before said Justice,
thereupon the said Justice shall give a certi-
ficate of the production of said head or heads
before him, and the taking of said oath, and
it shall be the duty of the said Justice to de-
stroy the head or heads of said hawk or hawks,
owl or owls, crow or crows, so as to prevent a
second allowance for the same.
SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That upon the
production of the said Justice's certificate, the

comico counties are hereby authorized and
directed to levy upon the assessable property
of said county a sufficient sum to pay the ag-
gregate bounty or bounties aforesaid, for the
use of the person or persons producing the
same, and the Collectors of tax shall collect
and pay the same accordingly.
