CHAPTER 77.

AN ACT to repeal chapter two hundred and
thirteen of the acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland, passed at the January session,
eighteen hundred and eighty-four, entitled
"An act for the further protection of wild
game and wild fowl in Worcester county."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That chapter two hun-

titled "An act for the further protection of
wild game and wild fowl in Worcester county,"
be and the same is hereby repealed.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 78.

AN ACT to repeal chapter four hundred and
forty-seven of the acts passed at the January
session, eighteen hundred and eighty , entitled
" An act to protect oysters in the waters of
Wicomico county," and to re-enact the same
with amendments and add additional sec-
tions thereto.

SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That it shall not be law-
ful for any person or persons to employ any
