LAWS OF MARYLAND.
CHAPTER 8.

AN ACT to give the sanction of the General
Assembly of Maryland to the holding of
certain parcels of land in the thirteenth dis-
trict of Baltimore county, by the Trustees
of the Sharp-Street Station, of the Method-
ist Episcopal Church of the city of Balti-
more, for the purposes of a chapel, cemetery
or for other uses and purposes.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the sanction of the
General Assembly be and the same is hereby
given and declared to the holding by the Trus-

tees of the Sharp-Street Station, of the Method-
ist Episcopal Church of Baltimore city, of the
parcel or parcels of land now owned, and in
part improved by the said Trustees, containing
thirty-five acres of land, more or less, whether
the same has been already conveyed to the said
trustees, or shall be so conveyed hereafter, for
the uses and purposes of a chapel, cemetery
or any other uses and purposes that the said
Trustees of the Sharp-Street Station, of the
Methodist Episcopal Church may deem proper.

Effective.

SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
