house on its old site, or as near thereto as may be
most suitable, and to dedicate the same for perpetual

Chapter 7.
AN ACT to repeal chapter one hundred and twenty-
two of the acts of eighteen hundred and eighty-two,
entitled "An act for the better protection of Sheep
in Carroll county."

Repealed.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That chapter one hundred and twenty-
two of the acts of eighteen hundred and eighty-two,
be and the same is hereby repealed.

Chapter 8.
AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay the
claims of James E. Tate, Robert E. Strange, Thomas
J. Duvall, Samuel Stewart, William H. F. Wilson,
W. Schultz and J. C. Thomas.

Issue warrant.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Comptroller of the Treasury
be and he is hereby requested and directed to issue his
warrant upon the Treasurer to pay to James E. Tate,
for sundries furnished House of Delegates and Senate,
as per order of Governor William T. Hamilton, three
hundred and fifty-five dollars and sixteen cents; to
Robert E. Strange, for work done for House of Dele-
