Chapter 511.


AN ACT to repeal sections one, two, three, four and


six, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title " Caro-


line county," sub-title " County Commissioners," as


enacted by the act of assembly eighteen hundred


and eighty-two, chapter two hundred and fourteen,


and to re-enact the same with amendments provid-


ing for a new mode of electing the treasurer for


Caroline county, and changing the term of office


from two to four years.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
