SEC. 3. Be it enacted, That constables in the said


counties shall be entitled to the fees prescribed by


law for the particular services rendered by them under


the provisions of this act; and the said justices shall

the same, such fees shall be paid by the county where-


in said judgment was rendered, and that all fines and
