SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the person so

elected treasurer for Caroline county shall, in addition

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That if the person so

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That the said treasurer

shall occupy the office of the county commissioners,

and keep the office open for business from ten o'clock

in the forenoon until three o'clock in the afternoon

each day in the week except Sundays and legal holi-

days, (unless a temporary leave of absence be granted

by said commissioners,) and said treasurer shall receive

a salary of one thousand dollars per annum.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That this shall not be
|
|
|

construed so as to remove the present treasurer ap-

until his successor shall have been elected and qualified
