AN ACT to refund to Thomas C. Maslin, late col-
lector of State taxes of Kent county, forty dollars
and thirty-eight cents, and to William F. Roeder,
collector of State taxes of said county, sixteen dol-
lars and thirty-six cents, heretofore by them paid
erroneously into the Treasury of the State.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That on the warrant of comptroller, the
treasurer of the state is hereby directed to pay to
Thomas C. Maslin, late collector of Kent county, or
his order, the sum of forty dollars and thirty cents,
being the amount certified by the county commission-
