Chapter 480.


AN ACT to give and declare the sanction of the Gen-


eral Assembly of Maryland to the bequest to the


Methodist Church in Smithsburg, of Washington


county, contained in the last will and testament of


David Flory, deceased.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That the sanction of the General


Assembly of Maryland be and the same is hereby


given to the bequest of two hundred dollars to the

Sanction to

Methodist Church in Smithsburg, Washington county,

bequest.

Maryland, contained in the last will and testament of


David Flory, deceased, of said county, said will hav-


ing been admitted to probate on the twenty-first day


of June, A. D. eighteen hundred and eighty-one, and


recorded in the office of the register of wills of said


county.


Approved April 8, 1884.


Chapter 481.


AN ACT to give and declare the sanction of the Gen-


eral Assembly of Maryland to the bequest to the


Reformed Church in Cavetown, Washington county,


contained in the last will and testament of David


Flory, deceased.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That the sanction of the General Assem-


bly of Maryland be and the same is hereby given to


the bequest of one hundred dollars to the Reformed

Sanction to
Request.

Church in Cavetown, Washington county, Maryland,
contained in the last will and testament of David


Flory, deceased, of said county, said will having been


admitted to probate on the twenty-first day of June


A. D. eighteen hundred and eighty-one, and recorded


in the office of the register of wills of said county.
