wire, the wires thereof shall not be more than five


inches apart to the height of twenty inches from the


ground or embankment on which said fence or fences


may be placed.

Chapter 479.


AN ACT to authorize and empower the trustees


of the Bladensburg Academy, in Prince George's


county, Maryland, to convey and transfer all the


property, both real and personal, belonging to said


trustees, to the board of county school commis-


sioners of Prince George's county.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That the trustees of Bladensburg Aca-


demy, in Prince George's county, be and they are


hereby authorized and empowered to convey and


transfer all of the property, both real and personal,


held by them as trustees of said Bladensburg Aca-
