Chapter 453.


AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of


Cecil county to repair, remodel or rebuild the pres-


ent Court-House of said county.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That the county commissioners of

empowered, in their discretion, to repair, remodel or


rebuild the present court-house of said county.


SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the county com-
