SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That it shall be the duty
|
|
|
|
of the officers of registration in the said fourth elec-
|
|
|
|
tion district, at the first sitting of the said officers of
|
|
|
|
registration prior to the next general election, to desig-
|
|
|
|
nate on the registration books of the said district the
|
|
|
|
precinct in which each of the qualified registered voters
|

resides, and shall prepare separate lists of voters for

|

the judges of election, according to the sub-division of
said district into precincts, as hereinbefore provided,

designating the election precincts of the district in

which the voters are or shall be respectively entitled

to vote, and deliver the same according to law.

|
|
|
SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That it shall be the duty

|
|
|
of the commissioners of Kent county to appoint three-

persons for each of said precincts, residents thereof, to

shall perform the duties of their office in the manner

required by the election laws of the state of Maryland,

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
