AN" ACT to establish voting precincts in the fourth
|
|
|
|
election district of Kent county.
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
|
|

of Maryland, That the fourth election district of Kent

trict divided.

county shall be and is hereby divided into two voting

|

precincts, in the manner hereinafter provided.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the fourth election

district of Kent county be divided into two election
|
|
|

precincts, with the following metes and bounds, that

|

is to say : Beginning at the mouth of Radcliffe creek,

and running thence with said creek and the run or

stream from the mill-pond of the Chestertown Straw-

Board Company, to where the said run or stream in-

tersects the centre of the public road leading from
|

Chestertown to Fairlee, at or near the said mills ;

|
|
|
thence by and with the aforesaid public road to Har-
|
|
|
|
risburg to Fannell's branch, to school-house number
|
|
|
First precinct.

tween the fourth and fifth election districts, and all
