AN ACT to sanction the bequests of Emeline Irving,


late of Baltimore county, to the Home for Aged


Methodists, on Fulton street, Baltimore city, the


Maryland Bible Society Depository, on North


Charles street, Baltimore city, and the trustees of


the Govanstown Methodist Episcopal Church.


WHEREAS Emeline Irving, late of Baltimore county,


deceased, by her last will and testament, admitted to


probate in the orphans' court for Baltimore county on


or about the twenty-first day of March A. D. eighteen


hundred and eighty-three, bequeathed to her executor,


therein named, all the rest and residue of her prop-


erty, in trust, for the use of her sister, Sarah B. Ran-


dall, now Chesney, during her life, and upon her death

one-third for the use of the Home for Aged Metho-


dists, on Fulton street, in Baltimore city; one-third
