Chapter 415.


AN ACT to add a sub-section to section one of an act


passed at the January Session, A. D. eighteen hun-


dred and eighty-two, chapter four hundred and


eighty-three, entitled " An act to repeal section one


of chapter two hundred and forty-four of the act


passed at the January session of eighteen hundred


and eighty," entitled "An act to regulate Fences


in the Third election or Vienna District of Dor-


chester county, and to re-enact the same with


amendments, so as to include part of district num-


ber one, or The Fork.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That section one of chapter four hun-


dred and eighty-three of the acts passed at the January
