quired by the commissioners aforesaid, and he shall

and rabbits, and to permit the shooting of ducks
|
|
|
|
and other wild fowl from the shore over decoys;
|
|
|
|
also to pay a bounty upon the heads of large hawks
|
|
|
|
and owls in Kent county," and to re-enact the
|
|
|
|
same with amendments.

|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
of Maryland, That section one of chapter ninety-six
|
|
|
|
of the acts of eighteen hundred and eighty-two, enti-
|
|
|
|
tled " An act for the protection of partridges and rab-
|

1. It shall not be lawful to shoot or trap any part-

ridges or rabbits in Kent county between the fifteenth
