Chapter 396.


AN ACT to add a sub-section to section one hundred


and twenty-six of article sixteen of the Code of


Public General Laws, title " Chancery," sub-title


" Sales," as amended by chapter three hundred and


sixty, of the acts of eighteen hundred and sixty-


four, to provide for proof of claims against the real


estate of deceased debtors.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That the following sub-section, to be
