Chapter 397.

AN ACT to amend, by an additional section, chapter

one hundred and fifty-one of January session, eigh-

teen hundred and eighty, entitled "An act to give

the other counties of the state."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the sum of one

hundred dollars, on the warrant of the comptroller, be

paid to the president of the board of trustees of the

college, on the first day of April next ensuing, and on

which the trustees shall give tuition, with the use of

text-books, without charge to one pupil from Garrett

county selected by the orphans' court of said county,

as in other counties of the state.

collector of Baltimore county, forty-four dollars and

sixteen cents erroneously paid by him into the

state treasury.
