Chapter 395.


AN ACT to prohibit the carrying of concealed


weapons in Somerset and Dorchester counties.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That whenever any person shall be


arrested in Somerset and Dorchester counties, charged


with any crime or misdemeanor, or for being drunk
