file his application with said commissioners, in which

he shall specifically and minutely describe his proposed

improvement, and upon the expiration of such notice

the said commissioners shall take up such application,

granting the building permit asked for, and have full

power and authority to grant the same in whole or in

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

AN ACT to authorize the county commissioners of

Charles county to pay to Henry Gardiner a sum of

money erroneously paid by him for taxes.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

|
|
|
of Maryland, That the county commissioners of
|
|
|
|
Charles county be and they are hereby authorized to
|
|
|
|
pay to Henry Gardiner the sum of one hundred and
|
|
|
|
ninety-five dollars and forty-eight cents, if in their
|
