	Chapter 384.
	AN ACT making an appropriation for the purpose of
	aiding in an exhibition of the material resources of
	the State of Maryland at the World's Industrial
	and Cotton Centennial Exposition, to open at New
	Orleans in December, eighteen hundred and eighty-
	four, and to continue six months.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
	of Maryland, That the sum of five thousand dollars,
	or so much thereof as may be necessary, be and the
	same is hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the
	treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose
	or aiding the citizens of this state in an exhibition of
	the material resources of the State of Maryland at

	this state as necessary to carry out the purposes of this
	act.
