Chapter 376.
|

AN ACT to punish persons trespassing upon and in-

|

juring the property of others in Washington county.
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
of Maryland, That it shall be unlawful for any per-
|
|
|

consent of the owner or occupant thereof; and it shall

also be unlawful for any one to enter upon the lands

of another and injure or carry away any grain or fruit,

or tear down or injure any fence, vine, tree or wall with-
|
|
|

out the consent of the owner or occupant of said lands

first had and obtained; and any one who shall violate

a justice of the peace of the said county shall be fined

not less than one nor more than twenty dollars and

costs, and upon failure to pay the same he shall be

confined in the county jail for a period not exceeding

|
|

the informer and the other half to the school commis-

AN ACT to appropriate a certain sum of money for

the use of the Harbor and River Relief Board of
|
|
|
|
Baltimore city.
|

|

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
of Maryland, That the comptroller be and he is
|
|
|
|
hereby instructed to draw his warrant upon the treas-
|
|
|

urer of the state for the sum of ten thousand dollars,
|
|
|
to harbor beard
|
as an appropriation on the part of the state, for the
|
|
|
|
use and service of the harbor and river relief board of
|
|
|
|
Baltimore city, for the sole benefit of the ice boat

|
|
|
Maryland.
