Chapter 374.

AN ACT to to appropriate five hundred dollars to be

expended for the Repairing and Refitting the State

Treasurer's Building and Office.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly

of Maryland, That five hundred dollars, or as much

thereof as may be necessary, be and the same is

hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the treas-

ury not otherwise appropriated, to be expended under

the direction of the treasurer of the state for the
