Chapter 358.


AN ACT to add a supplement to an act entitled "An


act to incorporate a company to construct a turn-


pike road from Hagerstown, in Washington county,


to the town of Sharpsburg," passed at the January


session, eighteen hundred and fifty-three, chapter


one hundred and twenty-nine.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That it shall be lawful for the Hagers-


town and Sharpsburg Turnpike Company, and said


company is hereby authorized and empowered to erect
