AN ACT to repeal the eighth and ninth sections of an


act passed at the present session of the General As-


sembly of Maryland, entitled "An act to incorporate


the Isle of Wight Inlet and Oyster Planting Com-


pany of Worcester county," and to amend and


re-enact the eighth and ninth sections of said act.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
