drawn from Keysis point, running eastwardly and


one hundred yards northwardly from the Thorough-


fare island until it strikes the main beach separating


the said Isle of Wight bay from the Atlantic ocean,


which line, to the extent it adjoins the plat hereby in-


tended to be conveyed, shall be its southern boundary ;

east to the northeast corner thereof according to the gen-


eral bend of the beach, and the westerly line shall be


a direct line from the southwest corner to the north-


west corner thereof; and the said boundaries shall be


so located in accordance with the provisions of this


act so as to convey in fee unto the said Isle of Wight


Inlet Oyster Planting Company one half of the beds


of the said Isle of Wight and Assawoman bays, ex-


cepting and reserving to owners of land bordering on


said bays, as well as to owners within the limits of


said plat, if any there be, all rights acquired or that


may hereafter be acquired by the laws of this State;
