AN ACT to pay a sum of money to James McSherry,

Edward C. Gannt and John Ireland.

SECTION 1. Se it enacted by the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
of Maryland, That the comptroller of the treasury
|
|
|
|
of this state be and he is hereby authorized and
|
|
|
|
directed to issue his warrants upon the state treasurer
|
|
|
|
in favor of James McSherry, Edward C. Gannt and
|
|
|
Issue warrant
for fees.
|
John Ireland, each, for the sum of two hundred dol-
|
|
|
|
lars, for fees due them and each of them as counsel
|
|
|
|
for George Hammond and others, the successful con-
|
|
|
|
testees for seats in the House of Delegates of the
|
|
|
|
general assembly of eighteen hundred and eighty-two,
|
|
|
|
from Anne Arundel county.
|
|
|
|

six of the Code of Public General Laws, relating

to the licenses of " Hawkers and Pedlars," as amen-

ded by the act of eighteen hundred and sixty-two,
|
|
|
|
chapter ninety-seven, and to re-enact the same with
|
|
|
|
amendments.
