hereby repealed, and the following, to be section three

and a half, enacted in lieu thereof:

SEC. 31/2. And be it enacted, That any person who

shall violate this act in selling spirituous or fermented
|
|
|
|
liquors in any election district in Talbot county, where
|
|
|

the majority has been cast against such sale, on con-
viction thereof shall be fined not less than fifty nor
|
|
|
|
more than three hundred dollars, and be imprisoned
|
|
|
|
in the House of Correction for not less than three
|
|
|
|
months nor more than six months, in the discretion of
|
|
|
|
the court, for each and every offence.

AN ACT to require the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad

Company to keep a flagman at the crossing of Sec-

|
|
|
ond street and the tracks of said company in the
|
|
|
|
town of Oakland, in Garrett county.
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
of Maryland, That the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad
|
|
|
|
Company shall keep a flagman to guard the crossing
|
|
|
