AN ACT to repeal section three of chapter four hun-

dred and fifty-three of the acts passed at the Janu-

ary session of eighteen hundred and seventy-four,

entitled An act to enable the qualified voters of

Queen Anne's, Caroline, Dorchester and Talbot

counties to determine by ballot whether spirituous

or fermented liquors shall be sold in said counties,

or in any election districts thereof, or a license

granted for the sale of the same, so far as the same

applies to Talbot county, and to re-enact the follow-
