AN ACT to repeal sections one, two and three of
|
|
|
|
|
chapter three hundred and seventy-seven of the
|
|
|
|
|
acts passed at the January session of eighteen hun-
|
|
|
|
|
dred and eighty-two, entitled "An act to change
|
|
|
|
|
the dividing lines between the sixth and seventh
|
|
|
|
|
election districts of Worcester county," and to re-
|
|
|
|
|
enact the same as follows :
|
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be ii enacted by the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
|
of Maryland, That sections one, two and three of an
|
|
|
|
|
act passed at the January session of eighteen hundred
|
|
|
|
Repealed and
|
and eighty two, chapter three hundred and seventy-
|
|
|
|
re enacted.
|
seven, entitled "An act to change the dividing lines
|
|
|
|
|
between the sixth and seventh election districts of
|
|
|
|
|
Worcester county " be and the same are hereby re-
|
|
|
|
|
pealed and re-enacted so as to read as follows :
|
|
|
|
|
1. That the dividing line between the sixth and
|
|
|
|
|
seventh election districts of Worcester county, shall
|
|
|
|
|
run as follows : beginning at Nassawanga bridge ;
|
|
|
|
|
thence running with the said creek to the Furnace
|
|
|
|
Dividing line of
|
Mill-pond; thence with said mill pond until it inter-
|
|
|
|
election district
|
sects Sandy Branch; thence by and with Sandy
|
|
|
|
|
Branch until it intersects the county road leading
|
|
|
|
|
from the Furnace Mill-pond to Salisbury; thence by
|
|
|
|
|
and with said county road until it strikes the line of
|
|
|
|
|
Wicomico county.
|
|
|
|
|
2. That all acts or parts of acts inconsistent -with
|
|
|
|
Acta repealed.
|
this act be and the same are hereby repealed.
|
|
|
|
|
3. That this act shall take effect from the date of
|
|
|
|
Effective.

its passage.
