	Chapter 340.
	AN ACT to repeal section ten of chapter two hundred
	and ninety-nine of the acts of eighteen hundred and
	sixty-eight, entitled "An act to repeal the act of eigh-
	teen hundred and sixty-seven, chapter two hundred
	and ninety, entitled an act to add a new article to
	the Code of Public General Laws, to be entitled
	' Public Roads,' except so far as relates to Somerset
	county, and also Worcester county," so as certainly
	to except Somerset county and Worcester county
	from its operation.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
	of Maryland, That section ten of chapter two hun-
	dred and ninety-nine of the acts passed at the January
	session, eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, entitled
	" An act to repeal the act of eighteen hundred and
	sixty-seven, chapter two hundred and ninety, entitled	How far repeal- ed.
	an act to add a new article to be entitled 'Public
	Roads,' except so far as relates to Somerset county,
	and to enact the following sections in lieu thereof," be
	and the same is hereby repealed and made inoperative
	so far as Somerset county and Worcester county are
	concerned.
	SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take	Effective.
