		Chapter 341.
		AN ACT to authorize the Board of County School
		Commissioners of Worcester county to use part of
		the free-school fund of said county for building new
		school-houses in. the towns of Berlin and Snow Hill
		in said county.
		SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
		of Maryland, That the board of county school com-
		missioners of Worcester county are hereby authorized
		and empowered to appropriate and use of the free-

		dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for
		the purpose of erecting a new high school building in
		each of the towns of Berlin and Snow Hill in. said
		county.
		SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all acts of assem-

		SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
