Chapter 319.


AN ACT to repeal section five of chapter three hun-


dred and six of the acts of the General Assembly


of Maryland, passed in the year eighteen hundred


and seventy-six, entitled "An act to regulate the


liquor traffic and prevent intemperance in Calvert


and Charles counties," so far as it relates to Calvert


county.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That section five of chapter three hun-


dred and six of the acts of the General Assembly of


Maryland, passed in the year eighteen hundred and

money to aid in the construction of a bridge across


the Potomac river at the ford near Oldtown, in

of Maryland, That the commissioners of Allegany


county are hereby authorized and empowered, if in


their judgment it shall be deemed advisable, to levy
