	Chapter 319.
	AN ACT to repeal section five of chapter three hun-
	dred and six of the acts of the General Assembly
	of Maryland, passed in the year eighteen hundred
	and seventy-six, entitled "An act to regulate the
	liquor traffic and prevent intemperance in Calvert
	and Charles counties," so far as it relates to Calvert
	county.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
	of Maryland, That section five of chapter three hun-
	dred and six of the acts of the General Assembly of
	Maryland, passed in the year eighteen hundred and	Section repeal- ed.
	seventy-six, entitled "An act to regulate the liquor
	traffic and prevent intetnperance in Calvert and
	Charles counties," be and the same is hereby repealed
	so far as it relates to Calvert county.
	SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take	Effective.
	effect from the date of its passage.

	Chapter 320.
	AN ACT to authorize and empower the County Com-
	missioners of Allegany county to levy a sum of
	money to aid in the construction of a bridge across
	the Potomac river at the ford near Oldtown, in
	Allegany county. .
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
	of Maryland, That the commissioners of Allegany
	county are hereby authorized and empowered, if in
	their judgment it shall be deemed advisable, to levy	Levy money for bridge.
	such sum or sums of money as may be necessary to
	aid in the construction of a bridge across the Poto-
	mac river at the ford near Oldtown, in Allegany
	county, Maryland.
