AN ACT to authorize and empower the County
|
|
|

Commissioners of Dorchester county to pay unto
|
|
|
|
William T. Windsor and George R. Todd all costs
|
|
|
|
incurred by them in protecting natural oyster rocks
|
|
|
|
in Fishing bay, in Dorcjiester county.
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
of Maryland, That the county commissioners of Dor-
|
|
|
|
chester county are hereby authorized and empowered
|
|
|
|
to pay unto William T. Windsor and George R. Todd
|
|
|
|
the sum of one hundred and ninety-seven dollars and
|
|
|

sixty-two cents, costs incurred by the said Windsor and
|
|
|
curred.

Todd in petitioning the circuit court for Dorchester
|
|
|
|
county to vacate and set aside certain oyster beds of
|
|
|
|
five acres, the same being natural oyster rocks or beds

|
|
sought to be appropriated by Job T. Moore, James T.

|
|
|
Robinson, Clement A. Robinson and William J. Rob-

|
|

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
