AN ACT to authorize and empower the County


Commissioners of Dorchester county to pay unto


William T. Windsor and George R. Todd all costs


incurred by them in protecting natural oyster rocks


in Fishing bay, in Dorcjiester county.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly


of Maryland, That the county commissioners of Dor-


chester county are hereby authorized and empowered


to pay unto William T. Windsor and George R. Todd


the sum of one hundred and ninety-seven dollars and
