to complete its said road prior to the said first day of

	Chapter 288.
	AN ACT to give and declare the sanction and consent
	of the General Assembly of Maryland to certain
	bequests contained in the last will and codicil
	of Elizabeth Forney, late of Baltimore county,
	deceased.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
	of Maryland, That the sanction and consent of the
	General Assembly of Maryland be and the same is
	hereby given to the bequest contained in the will and
	codicil to the will of Elizabeth Forney, late of Balti-
	more county, deceased, of fifteen hundred dollars to
	the English Evangelical Lutheran Church of Reisters-	Sanction given
	town, in Baltimore county; and also to the bequest	to bequests.
	in said will and codicil contained of six hundred dol-
	lars to the trustees of the Colored Methodist Episcopal
	Church of Reisterstown, Baltimore county; the said
	will and codicil of Elizabeth Forney having been duly
	admitted to probate by the orphans' court of Balti-
	more county on the eleventh day of March, A. D.
	eighteen hundred and eighty-four.
	SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take	Effective.
	effect from the date of its passage.
