Chapter 381.


AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay


James A. Burroughs for the services of J. Norman


Burroughs, late Register of Voters for the sixth


election district of St. Mary's county.


WHEREAS it appears by a recent decision of the


court of appeals that J. Norman Burroughs, late reg-


ister of voters for the sixth election district of St.


Mary's county, was entitled to an additional compen-


sation for services rendered in eighteen hundred and
