the use of the several religious sects, orders and de


nominations hereinafter set forth, viz:


First. To the bequest of Charles L. Bowen, late of


Worcester county, deceased, to Ellen A. Farrel, of the


sum of five hundred dollars, in trust, for the use of


the Methodist Episcopal Church at Newark, in said


county, known as and called Bowen Chapel.


Second. To the bequest of Elizabeth Weppler, late


of Carroll county, deceased, of the sum of forty

dollars, to the trustees of the Evangelical Lutheran

Request.

Church, on the Deer Park road, in Carroll county, for


the use of said church.


Third. To the bequest of the said Elizabeth Wepler,


of the sum of ten dollars, to the trustees of St. Ben-


jamin's Evangelical Lutheran or Krider's Church, in


Carroll county, for the use of said church.


Fourth. To the bequest of William G. Harrison, late


of Baltimore city, deceased, of the sum of fifteen


thousand dollars, to the Yestry of St. Luke's Church.


Fifth. To the bequest of said William G. Harrison,


of the sum of ten thousand dollars, to the Church


Home and Infirmary of Baltimore city.

Diocese of Maryland.


Eighth. To the bequest of said William G. Harri-


son, of the sum of five thousand dollars, to the trustees


of the College of St. James.


Ninth. To the bequest contained in the last will


and testament of Anna M. Hardesty, late of Balti-


more city, deceased, to the High Street Methodist

Bequest

Episcopal Church of Baltimore.


Tenth. To the bequest of Caroline V. Shreve, late


of Carroll county, of the sum of two hundred dollars,


to Centenary Methodist Episcopal Church at West-


minster.


Eleventh. To the bequest of Terence Doyle, late of


Baltimore county, of the sum of two hundred dollars,


to St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church, near Catons-
