Chapter 345.

AN ACT to refund to William A. Lyon, late col-

lector of Taxes for the fourth election district of

St. Mary's county, the sum of forty-nine dollars and

thirty-nine cents, for money paid into the Treasury

of the State in excess of the amounts due by him

for State Taxes for eighteen hundred and eighty

and eighteen hundred and eighty-one.

SEC. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That the comptroller be and he is hereby

directed to issue bis warrant upon the treasurer for

forty-nine dollars and thirty-nine cents, to pay William
