AN ACT to declare the sanction of the General As-

sembly of Maryland to the bequest in the last will

|
|
|
and testament of Rachel J. Bowdle, late of Talbot
|
|
|
|
county, deceased, to the trustees of the Methodist
|
|
|
|
Episcopal Church, in Trappe, Talbot county.
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
of Maryland, That the sanction of the General Assem-
|
|
|
|
bly of Maryland be and the same is hereby given to
|
|
|
|
the bequest in and by the last will and testament of
|
Sanction given
to bequest.
|
|
|
Rachel J. Bowdle, late of Talbot county, deceased,
|
|
|
|
of the sum of two hundred dollars, to, and for the use
|
|
|
|
and benefit of the trustees of the Methodist Episcopal
|
|
|
|
Church, in Trappe, in Talbot county, aforesaid.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
