convenient points in the State of Maryland as it may
determine, subject to the powers heretofore conferred
on said company, which shall apply to such extensions.

	Chapter 347.
	AN ACT to declare the sanction of the General As-
	sembly of Maryland to the bequest in the last will
	and testament of Rachel J. Bowdle, late of Talbot
	county, deceased, to the trustees of the Methodist
	Episcopal Church, in Trappe, Talbot county.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
	of Maryland, That the sanction of the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland be and the same is hereby given to
	the bequest in and by the last will and testament of	Sanction given to bequest.
	Rachel J. Bowdle, late of Talbot county, deceased,
	of the sum of two hundred dollars, to, and for the use
	and benefit of the trustees of the Methodist Episcopal
	Church, in Trappe, in Talbot county, aforesaid.
	SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take	Effective.
	effect from the date of its passage.
