Chapter 303.

AN ACT giving the sanction of the General Assem-

bly of Maryland to the sale and grant by George

M. Bokee, of the city of Baltimore, trustee, to the

Baltimore Bicknr Cholin Hebrew Friendship Con-

gregation, a body corporate of the city of Balti-

more, in the State of Maryland, of the leasehold

property in said city of Baltimore mentioned and

described in the deed from the said George M.

Bokee, trustee, to the said body corporate, bearing

date the twenty-sixth day of December, in the

year one thousand eight hundred and eighty-three,

and left to be recorded among the land records of

Baltimore city on the twenty-seventh day of Decem-

ber, in the year one thousand eight hundred and

eighty-three.

SECTION. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That the sanction of the General As-

sembly of Maryland be and the same is hereby given

to the sale and grant by George M. Bokee, of the city

of Baltimore, trustee, to the Baltimore Bickur Cholin

Hebrew Friendship Congregation, a body corporate
