SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said mayor and
|
|
|
|
city council of Baltimore shall annually levy a tax
|
|
|
|
upon all the real and personal property of said corpo-
|
|
|
|
ration, sufficient to pay the interest on said bonds, or
|
|
|
|
any part thereof, which may be issued as it shall
|
|
|

become due; and the said mayor and city council of
|
|
|
|
Baltimore shall also levy an annual tax upon the
|
|
|
|
property aforesaid each year, which shall in the aggre-
|
|
|
|
gate, in twenty years from the date of issuing said
|
|
|
|
bonds, be sufficient to pay the principal sum of said
|
|
|
|
bonds which shall have been issued as above provided.
|
|
|
|
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this act
|
|
|

AN ACT to provide for an additional Constable in

|
|
election district number eight, Carroll county.
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
of Maryland, That the county commissioners of Car-
|
|
|

empowered to appoint an additional constable in elec-
|
|
|
|
tion district number eight, Carroll county, who shall
|

reside at Hampsted.
