Chapter 200.


AN ACT to authorize the Mayor and City Council


of Baltimore to issue its bonds or certificates of


indebtedness to an amount not exceeding three


hundred and fifty thousand dollars, for the purpose


of providing means for the completion of the


improvement of Harford Run Sewer by the con-


struction of a sewer from the terminus of the lateral


sewer of Harford run at Monument street to tide


water, and from the present head of Harford run,


at the south building line of Hoffman street, to the


sewer under Boundary avenue at Chester street.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That the mayor and city council of
