SEC. 8. The said trustees shall be entitled to two

AN ACT to repeal chapter one hundred and fifty-six

of the acts passed at the January session of eigh-

teen hundred and seventy-eight, entitled " An act

relating to Justices of the Peace in and for Wash-

|
|
|
ington and Talbot counties."

SECTION 1. Be it, enacted by the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
of Maryland, That chapter one hundred and fifty-
|
|
|
|
six of the acts passed at the January session of eigh-
|
|
|
|
teen hundred and seventy-eight, entitled " An act
|

|
relating to justices of the peace in and for Washington
|
|
|
|
and Talbot counties," be and the same is hereby
|
|
|
|
repealed.

|
|
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
