	Chapter 105.
	AN ACT to declare the sanction of the General As-
	sembly of Maryland to the purchase by the Vestry
	of Reisterstown Parish, in Baltimore county, from
	George Kephart, of certain tracts of land in said
	county, containing in the aggregate not more than
	twelve acres.
	WHEREAS it has been represented to the General As-
	sembly of Maryland that the vestry of Reisterstown
	parish, in Baltimore county, have purchased of George	Preamble.
	Kephart certain tracts of land in said county, and it
	is desired to obtain the sanction of the General As-
	sembly of Maryland to such purchase; therefore —
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
	of Maryland, That the sanction of the General As-
	sembly of Maryland be and the same is hereby given
	to the purchase, in fee, by the vestry of Reisterstown
	parish, in Baltimore county, from George Kephart, of
	certain tracts of land in said county, containing in the
	aggregate not more than twelve acres, and which are	Sanction given.

	eighteen hundred and eighty-three, and recorded re-
