SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
of Maryland, That the comptroller is hereby author-
|
|
|
|
ized and empowered to apportion to Frederick county
|
|
|
|
its usual and proper portion of the school tax levy in
|
|
|
|
the apportionment to be made by said comptroller in
|
|
|
|
pursuance of law, on the fifteenth day of March, eigh-
teen hundred and eighty-four, in the same manner as if
|

apportion.

|
the county schools of said Frederick county had been
|
|
|
|
kept open seven and one half months during the
|
|
|
|
year ending December thirty-first, eighteen hundred
|
|
|
|
and eighty-three, any provision in the said act of
|
|
|
|
eighteen hundred and seventy-two to the contrary
|
|
|
|
notwithstanding.

|
|
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

acts of eighteen hundred and seventy-four, to pro-

vide for an additional common law term of the cir-

cuit court for Washington county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
