Chapter 101.


AN ACT to authorize the Clerk of the Superior


Court of Baltimore city to destroy certain registra-


tion and poll books.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That the clerk of the superior court


of Baltimore city be and he is hereby authorized
