Chapter 88.


AN ACT to repeal section one hundred and two of


article twenty of the Code of Public Local Laws,


title " Talbot county," sub-title " Oxford," and sec-


tion ninety-nine of said article as amended and re-


enacted by chapter one hundred and seventy of


acts of eighteen hundred and seventy-six, and to


re-enact the same with amendments, and also to


add additional sections thereto.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That section one hundred and two of


article twenty of the Code of Public Local Laws,

be the holders of real property within the limits of


said town, and have resided six months in Talbot
